Shailey Raina has spent over 21 years working as a Human Resource professional. However, her passion led her to make a career change. After dedicating 20 years to the corporate world, she felt a strong inner calling to create a purpose-driven life and career as a coach. Today she is a certified ICF ACC Coach, Emotional Intelligent Coach, Parent Coach, and Career Coach & Mentor.
She began to create her own coaching business in 2020. The name Manthan2Kaizen is derived from the Sanskrit words ‘Manthan’ (churning) and ‘kaizen’ (continuous improvement), which reflect the transformative power of coaching questions and techniques that help clients delve deep into their thoughts and bring about positive changes in their lives.
As an ICF ACC (Associate Certified Coach) certified by the International Coach Federation, she is equipped with the skills and techniques necessary to support individuals in achieving their career goals. She adopts a solution-oriented approach, focusing on practical strategies that help clients overcome challenges and make informed decisions about their professional and personal lives.
